Droëwors is a popular South African dried meat stick.

Runder Droëwors is made with 100% beef filling. The beef is minced and infused with a robust combination of spices like coriander, nutmeg, clove, salt and pepper and then it's carefully stuffed into natural lamb casings. 

The sausage is gently air-dried to eating perfection. A really 'lekker' beefy snack. 

Droëwors Storage Instructions:
Always store in a cool, dry place - Warmth and humidity, especially together are not ideal conditions for short, medium, or long term storage of biltong. 

We don't recommend opening the package until you are ready to consume the contents. The droëwors is sealed and protected from the outside environment while sealed in its packaging to ensure the longevity and quality of the product.
Once the package is opened, consume within 3-4 days.
