- 1 kg new potatoes, skins left on, boiled until fork tender
- 30 g Coopers biltong, chopped finely
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 2 tbsp Nando's Peri Peri sauce
- 80 g cucumber, chopped finely
- 3 spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 handfuls wild rocket leaves
- A few fresh mint and parsley leaves, chopped
- Salt and pepper to season
